Any hints or tips, cheapest provisioning, marinas that don't cost an arm and leg?

St Thomas (USVI) has the usual american stuff including KMart and other supermarkets. Pueblo is the local supemarket and they have a couple of branches in St Thomas. No frills but cheap. Tortola has a British food shop near the cruise chip terminal with lots of Waitrose stuff. Pricy but if you gotta have a Jaffa cake....................
