Not been myself but have had a look at the website and it does mention buffets. One of the favourite American meals for children is macaroni cheese so I'm sure that will feature somewhere, as will one of their favourite (or should that be favorite?!) vegetables for toddlers and children - stewed apples.
the allstar resorts have huge food halls which serve every kind of food imaginable with an american slant.you will be able to get a variety of foods and you never have to live on burgers and fries when you are in florida. have a great time.
We went to WDW last year ( and are returning next Friday, yaay!)

My children were 9, 6 and 3 last year - we were very pleasantly surprised at the variety of foods available, I was expecting chicken nuggets every day!

There were salads, sandwiches, pasta, pizza, whatever you like really.

heck out this website - it has menus for ALL the eateries in WDW!!!

We stayed at Port Orleans Riverside in WDW, and the foodcourt there was excellent - as well as counter service foods, you could take sandwiches, salads, yogurts, fresh fruit etc etc back to the room if you preferred.

Any more questions about wdw, I'm your woman - I could bore for England on Disney - and frequently do!!

This takes you straight to the menu page...

I stayed at the All Star's Movies in April this year, and found that if you can not drive out there then the resorts food is poor as the menu does not change.

Went to All Star Movies Feb/March 2004, and again in October/November 2005 and am going back May 2007.
Cant fault the resort food, lots of choice and very good.
The theme park food thou is very much the same, fast and fatty. K.
