Amsterdam airport into city??

What is the best way to get from Amsterdam airport into central station. Also approx how long does it take? Thanks for your time.

There is a direct train from Schipol (airport) to Amsterdam centraal station, can't remember how long but certainly less than 30 minutes.

The airport station is underneath the airport and very easy to find. The journey takes 15 - 25 minutes depending on stops. Remember to buy a ticket before you get on the train - the ticket office is near to the escalators which go down to the platform. Last October it cost me just over 3 Euros. If you have loose change you can buy a ticket from a machine and it is very slightly cheaper.

it is a really easy, quick journey. to make it even quicker there are ticket machines that take cash or credit card next to the baggage carosels.
