I've stayed at an apartment just up the hill from these apartments. It looked like a fairly large apartment block and I don't know what they're like inside. They are about 100 yards from the nearest shops and nightlife of Magaluf and there is tons of loud lively nightlife. I went there with my kids and it was too noisy for us. If you want serious shopping you can walk into Palma.The nearby beach is great although we went in May and the sea was swarming with jellyfish.
