fear of flying

i have a flight in a few hours and im feelin nervous about it my doc gave me some valium today im wondering should i just cop on and fly nervously or should i take the valium or do they even work, can anybody help me ??

if you dont want to take the vallium you can get something called rescue remedy which is supposed to calm you. I havent tried it but ive heard some excellent reports about it. you may be able to get it from the airport
