If it has to be Spain, then you'll need to head for the southern resort areas, which probably means the Costa del Sol (with resorts such as Torremelinos, Torre del Mar and Fuengirola). Even so, the average maximum temperature in November is only 19C.
If you want a reasonably hot 'Spanish' holiday, then you'll have to head for the Canaries (which, while Spanish territory, are off the coast of Morocco). Average maximum temperatures in November are around 24C but there can be strong winds. It's also worth remembering that, because the Canaries are volcanic, many of the beaches are black rather than 'golden' which, for some reason, doesn't seem so appealing to many families.

PS: I note that you're planning a holiday 'for the month'. I hope that you don't intend taking children out of school for that long because that would definitely be illegal. Most education authorities now prosecute parents who break the law in this way.
