canada- will they let me in?

when i am 18, i am looking at moving to canada, as i fell in love with the country on a recent trip there. i heard somewhere that they will only let you move there f you can offer a skill that they require. i want to move to vancouver.

Im in Vancouver right now on a work Visa and am going to try apply for immigration. To apply for immeigration apparently takes around 3 years and you need an active work visa through the application process. For a work Visa u need a job offer unless you go through these guys like I did

As for the professions let me know if you find out, I am a graphic designer and they won't let me get a work visa for design work as they simply have way tooo many designers. The list probably changes with the wind too im guessing.
