you might if your pregnancy progress and you get a letter from the US doctor to say you cannot fly due to late stage of pregnancy, which you will have to present this to the immigration authorities, but once the baby is old enough to fly [6 weeks I think the airlines let babies fly] they will turf u out, unless your boyfirend is a US citizen and you get wed.
