I would love to have a go in a Private Jet. I dont have �10.000.000 lying around to buy one!

I know its a long shot but does anyone know anyone with one?

Hire one. Not cheap, but not �10m. If you can get together a group of people to share it, you might be able to afford it.

You might be able to get a cheaper hire if you 'piggy-backed' onto a positioning flight, but you might have to arrange terrestrial transport to/from the ends of the flight.

In fact, there's an idea for your business: co-ordinate groups so as they can achieve their dream experiences. You could perhaps set up an auction site to do it.
