do i need a passport to travel to czech republic or can i use my photo driving license

A photo driving license tells us one thing...you may or may not be able to drive. Its like your high school photo...you may or may not have attended the school. To enter a country you need something that tells you what your nationality is. Only your passport can do that. A drivers license can be obtained by my azerbaijani aunt a day after she lands in the Uk. Does not make her British though.
