Take a look at the Hotel Waldstein, it's in a quiet location, a couple of minutes walk to the bridge. I've stayed there on many occasions and can reccomend it. Its a beautiful building, and good value. Many of the rooms are furnished with traditional antiques, and breakfast is served in a great stone gothic cellar.
