Contributors to AB can do many things but we can't change the way the Earth orbits the Sun :-)
Nowhere in the northern hemisphere will be really hot in late November unless you get into the equatorial zone. Otherwise, you'd have to travel to the southern hemisphere for some hot weather. Neither 'equatorial' or 'southern' destinations will offer really cheap prices. Your best chance of getting a bargain price would probably be to consider somewhere like Cuba. I've just tried a few random websites. Prices for Cuba, in late November, seem to start at around �650 for 7 nights or �850 for 14 nights.
Slightly nearer to home (and possibly slightly cheaper) but not as hot as Cuba, you could also consider Sharm el Sheikh, in Egypt.
