I don't think there's alot in it between Chile's capital Santiago, and Argentina's capital Buenos Aires, but I think Buenos Aires is slightly more southernly.

Aww the map I had looked at showed Buenos Aires below the other two.....shows me that I shouldn't trust a map for details like that!
