I know of no airline that gives you online sight of seating plans before you buy and even then I have many times found myself moved when they decided to enlarge business class - I tend to select as far foward as I can. Usually (but not always) I have still got a left window seat as preferred, just (much) further back. What you could try is communicate with them direct and explain your request - it would surprise me if the could not patch a plan into an e-mail and send you, but they will very likely not promise that the plan will be exactly the same on any particular flight until some 3 hours at most before flying. Even then they might at the last minute have to switch aircraft.

and enter the model of plane for the flight. There are a couple of versions of the 767-300, so have a lok at the Air Canada 767-300 info for example as an idea of the spacing as Flyglobespan are not on the seatguru list.
