My friend is shortly to accompany her husband on his business trip to Brunai and Dubai. She will not need to accompany him to any official functions so no problems there. However they will fly with Royal Brunai Airlines for the first time, so, are there any factors they should be aware of so as not to give offence. They are non muslim. Modest dress and no alchohol served obviously, but what about prayer times, food etc. (esp. on the flights) will there be dual language for announcements/airport info?
Any help will be gratefully received. Thanks

There is a little bit of info on the airline web page

See the "Travel Info" drop down list on the right.
This is the Brunei web site about visiting Brunei. Seems you may need a visa to visit.

I have visited Dubai and found it very relaxed as regards rules and regulations.

Not sure about Brunei.
