BAA: Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Southampton, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen.

Manchester Airport Group: Manchester, Bournemouth, Nottingham-EMA

Peel Holdings: Durham/Tees, Liverpool, Doncaster, Sheffield (they also own the Trafford Centre)

Majority Local Authority Ownership: Newcastle (with Copenhagen), Birmingham (with Aer Rianta), Luton (operated by Abertis/Aena), Exeter, Humberside, Blackpool

Maquarie & Cintra: Bristol

TBL plc: Cardiff

doubtless I've missed some, but I think that's most of the major ones.
... also, airports in the north of Scotland are operated by Highlands & Islands Airports, wholly owned by the Scottish Ministers, including Inverness, Wick, Stornoway, Kirkwall, etc.
Other private companies are involved at least in the ones listed by mushroom25 as majority local authority owned. For example, I think I am right in saying Bechtel (american - strong links to US Republican Fat Cats and current White House) has a substantial stake in Luton.
At Luton, Bechtel are minority shareholders (28%) in the company that manages & develops the airport - but ownership is still majority local authority.

Also:
Norwich airport is owned by Omniport
Prestwick is owned by Infratil
