Will be in st lucia for 2 weeks, next Marh for the cricket world cup.

I need to get to St Vincent for a day or two for a match and would also like to go to Cuba?

How could one do this practically? By boat or plane?

Any recommended airlines or ship companies to do this. And if anyone has done this, does anyone have a rough idea of the costs?
