Puerto Pollensa

Does anyone know the best parts of Pollensa in Majorca to stay apart from the Pine Walk which is quite pricey? Also any good websites for booking villas in this area. Thanks.

While the Pine Walk is right beside the sea, nearly all of Puerto Pollensa is lovely. Most of the villas are in the countryside between the port and the old town - very quiet and peaceful - although there are some in the port itself. If in the countryside you will need to hire a car (try carjet.com and pick up at Palma airport). Best villa company I know is www.villaselect.co.uk - all their villas are superb! I haven't used, but you could try also local company www.bellamar.com.

I have just returned from port de pollensa and stopped in a villa booked through Style Holidays, this was not cheap but it was superb, clean, quiet and in the shadow of the Boquer valley
