Passport warnings

Does anyone know if I have a passport warning in a previous passport if it carries over to my new passport? Are they recorded on a computer system or just in the passport?

If it's the US it will be on a computer system.

If it's elsewhere, it depends where. Yes no maybe is the answer.

The border control people in UK, it was to chase up getting a visa for my son who was born in the UK but whose parents are on holiday visas.
