I have a Full UK driving licence which I think is a Catergory B and B1, does this mean I can drive a car and a van? Where can I find out what other Catergories I can have added to my licence through tests, how old I have to be and what I can drive when I get that Catergory?

There is only one 'r' in category, and you don't need an apostrophe in licences, which is a plural. Apostrophes denote ownership (ie the licence's wallet) or missing letters.
