passport- travelling to usa

my passport expires in January 07 - do I need to renew it now if I want to go to america later on this month?

I think your supposedto have 6 months on it, even to travel to europe.

For entry into the US on a UK passport;

under the Visa Waiver Program (VWP),the passport must be valid for at least 90 days from the date on which the holder enters the United States.

under a Nonimmigrant Visa, the holder will be admitted until the expiration date on the passport.
