Duty Free Is It Allowed To Take through Now?
We are flying to Tenerife on Friday and usually buy our (liquid) duty frees in the resort rather than airport as it is cheaper. Does anyone know if you are allowed to take this through the airport or is it classed as liquids which are still banned? Tried asking our airport but they aren't sure.
Many thanks for any replies.

Then ---- if they say at the airport you can carry on then buy a bit more..... its up to you.
Personally I dont bother anymore, all that hassle of carrying it with you, would rather get as Asda with the weekly shop, how much are you actually saving ? is it worth it for about 2 per bottle.
Have a good holiday.

as said, will be fine.
You can take duty free from airport on as carry on, but remeber it's only 200 cigs and 1 litre of spirits from Canaries (officially).
You'll save about 5 on a bottle of branded spirits as compared to UK prices, but if you buy Spanish spirits, you can pick up a litre for as little as 2ish.
I saw a bootle of wine on offer in local Offie the other day for 5. It was only 1.20 Euros in Tenerife.
