strictly speaking, yes. in practice though, if you write "no" next to the moral turpitude question you're probably unlikely to be found out (but note I didn't say you won't get caught!!) at the end of the day you must assess your own risk.

what you are likely to have is a problem hiring a car. check with your supplier.

As Mushroom 25 indicates, you could probably get into the USA using the Visa Waiver form. However, officially you require a visa.

Minor traffic offences don't exclude someone from (legally) entering the USA under the Visa Waiver Program but any arrestable offence does.

Drink driving (a single offence anyway) is not regarded as a crime of moral turpitude in the US so you can safely answer 'no' on the I94W form.
