Australian Visa requirements
This is a bit of a long shot........My sister, brother in law and 3 kids emigrated to Oz last Jan. My sister an eldest son are on a students visa studyining in one of the skills gaps. Provided they fill the requirements they get residency after 2 years. The eldest boy came [19] back to the Uk as he was not happy doing the course but has not been able to settle and wants to go back.
My sister and husband are some way off residency yet. My question is this.......can he go back and stay with them as a dependant until they get residency or start over on students visa and try some other course [they have to pay for the course] Does anyone know the laws surrounding this or can you advise me of a good contact that doen't involve filling in loads of forms online.
Thank you very much
