hotel in Poona

can anyone recommend "a middle of the road" priced hotel pls ? we usually stay at the Sunderband next to the Ashram but its closed for renovation & wont be open in Dec.

The Sunderban has a 3-star rating. This review website suggests that some suitable alternatives might be the Central Park Studios (3 star), the Central Park Hotel (4 star) or the
Hotel Kohinoor Executive (4 star). They all score either 8.5 or 9, out of 10, in their customer ratings:

Its the Sunderban that we usually stay in and is undergoing the renovation [ about time last year it wasnt too clean] rang our usual rickshaw driver & he said they are still taking bookings but its noisy, when we rang them they refused our booking on the grounds that they were behind schedule with the building work, have booked the Woodlands their sister hotel which isnt to my liking at all.
will visit the others suggested on arrival and probably move.Many tks for the trouble you have taken.
