visa requirement
our family are travelling to florida at xmas, and we have
purchased out flight tickets. But on reading the small print of the us embassy requirements it has caused us
some concern. my sons were arrested last year and were later given an official repremand and not a conviction. but on reading the small print it says even if
someone has been arrested they wud still require a visa.
but we are now tolate to obtain one in time. ive spoken to
our airline who advised us that we should still be ok to
travel and that they couldnt see it posing any problem.
does anyone know whether the us customs have the
technology to know whether my sons passports when being read by the passport computer will say whether they have actually been 'arrested' or not.
