My son would like to visit his girlfriend in boston USA as a surprise for Christmas as he is going to propose to her Where can we get cheap flights from I expect heel have to fly from Heathrow, he has limited funds

'Cheap, 'flights' and 'Christmas' are not words that go together! Presume you have tried the usual places like lastminute,com or travelocity.co.uk..????? Try Air India or Icelandic air - they tend to offer the cheapest flights to the US. Good luck with the proposal!

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. R U stupid? seriously? cheap flights at Christmas. I might start a company selling cheap air tickets to those stupid enough to book at the last minute with no forthought for other travellers with the common sense to book early. OMG people do make me laugh.

Well don't be mean, we might all fly regularly but some people don't .... unfortunately most of the flights get very booked at Christmas and I have just looked on Virgin and you won't get one for less than 600 quid after 16 Dec ..... but if he is going to propose, well maybe they could just have a cheaper wedding !

Well brad the man it just goes to show what you can get if you try. Ive got him a flight from the 16th Dec until the 23rd for just �434., it was just a question i didnt ask for sarcasm

bradtheman works for a travel company, so he wasn't being sarcastic, just telling you the truth. If it wasn't so close to christmas it would cost you half what you paid. Also Brad probably could have done you a good deal too. Never know now!!!!!!

This is a coincidence, my girlfriend lives in LA, my funds are limited and i plan to go over in July 07 and propose to her! Any websites that could do me a cheap deal less than �550 i would appreciate. I am a student and tried STA travel, i could fly with them for �477.
