Anyone know of a company that does weekend hotel breaks which have a poker tournament or two involved?

There won't be one - it is illegal in the UK (at the moment) to arrange poker games open to the public for money, whether or not profit is involved. So even if the poker itself does not involve playing for money, (pull the other one), the provision of hotel accommodation to enable it to happen involves payment, so is illegal.
