Hi all. Could anybody recommend a nice place in Spain or Portugal to take our 1 year old in May please. Many thanks!

I recommed Villamoura (see this question:http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Travel/Destinat ions/Question344194.html) in the Algarve, or Puerto Pollenca in Majorca (near Alcudia but much less tacky)

I recommend Salou in Spain, I've been there about 5/6 times now, it's really good for the whole family. Beautiful, clean beaches, lots of play areas along the beaches, very close to a theme park called futerventura, features woody woodpecker. Lots of lovely resturants along the main beach strip, plenty of shops, lots of lovely friendly people who are very versed in English!! Lots of things to do, but then again, you can be happy doing nothing there!!
