Does anyone have any suggestion for a reasonably priced holiday to West Africa (Ghana for instance)?

I've not been able to find any package deals, but have searched for the cheapest hotel I could find, along with the cheapest flights.

Based on 7 nights, from 17th to 24th May 2007, a 7 night holiday would cost �1,399 (�699.50 each) for two persons, that's based on indirect flights with Alitalia (from London Heathrow) and 7 nights in a standard room at the 4* Novotel Accra City Centre.

Alternatively, 14 nights would work out to �1,826 for two persons (or �913 each).
