Just caught the end of a video piece when the CEO of Jet Blue airline was apologising for recent difficulties.

What was he on about?

I read in the paper today that during the recent snow and storms in New York they had all sorts of problems.

Some passengers were left sitting on a plane for 10 hours after the wheels froze and they could not take off.

I gather it has been a marketing disaster for them (they are a budget airline)
