To be honest if you are going all-inclusive does it really matter where you go? Presumably if it's warm and sunny it meets all your requirements as (token excursion aside) you are probably not going to leave your resort.

Maybe avoid the Dominican Republic (slight risk of malaria which I suspect most visitors ignore but there have been cases)
We've been all inclusive to St Lucia and it was fab! St Lucia is such a lovely place and we went on a few organised excursions when we were there and also ventured out on our own to the local market (which was a fantastic, although somewhat scary experience) rather than just stay in the resort all the time. The food is really good, the people lovely and the island beautiful.
Try cruising - they are all inclusive and you get to see different places every day!
Cruising would be my first choice. lucky you. Brenda
go to cuba, went last easter - amazing! but make sure you see the real cuba, don't just stay on the beach/in the resort cos u won't appreciate it.

go before castro dies as its all gonna change once he's gone
