can someone please translate the following and may be give me an appropriate answer, thankyou.

volevo sapere quanto venivo a pagare in totale la polo pi� la spedizine in Italia..

c'� bisogno di pagare anche la dogana?

Something like:

"I wanted to know how much I had to pay in total for the jumper (*) plus shipping to Italy.

Is it also necessary to pay the Customs (charges)?"

(*) I put "jumper" but presumably you know what type pf garment it is.

I hope this is good enough.

I'm not a native Italian speaker but I'll give it a try. Perhaps someone with a better grasp of the language will make corrections.

"Il costo totale per spedire il polo in Italia sar� �18.50 sterline. Non ci sono tasse doganale."

I doubt that it is perfect Italian but it should be understandable. To make it perfectly clear that the �18.50 includes the polo AND the shipping cost, the first sentence could perhaps be changed to:

"Il costo totale per il polo e la spedizione in Italia sar� �18.50 sterline".

D'oh! Of course, as soon as I clicked "submit", I saw a mistake. In both cases, "doganale" should be "doganali".
