New York Hotel

Trying to find a decent hotel in Manhattan for about �70 a night - any suggestions? I've tried all the usual hotel sites.

Stayed at the Wolcott last year, not sure of the price, but it was good for NY. If not, what about the youth hotel?

Just stayed in the Pennsylvania last month. It was okay, but for just a little more money you can stay at the Milford Plaza which is one block from Times Square and a nicer hotel.

try the Marriot Marquis on Broadway [ where they filmed Arnie in True Lies] though not cheap they do very good weekend deals which you can extend, so my friends in the US tell me.

Try searching on expedia for hotels for teh specific dates. We got out NY break there for less than �500 for a week, flights and hotel

I stayed at Pensylvannia as well but it felt a bit rundown after staying at the Hudson for a couple of nights before its basic but clean and hot water and tv its well situated but not that smart it is on Octopustravel.com
