Devon, N Yorkshire or Norfolk
We are shortly going to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary, and would like to treat ourselves to a short break staying in either a friendly B&B, Inn, Hotel, or Farmhouse in a quiet, picturesque area, prior to family celebrations later. Ideally, we would love to stay somewhere where we could also enjoy good evening meals. If anyone can recommend such a piece of heaven, it would be lovely to hear from you. Many Thanks.

I can recommend both of these :

luxury hotel on the quayside in Blakeney, North Norfolk
a bit pricey, but they do some special offers.

pub with hotel rooms. just round the corner from above. clean comfortable, good food.
Lots of good walking on the Nation Trust lands round about.
