where to go in september
4 weeks to go mini-travelling in september / october. We were planning on new zealand but have been told that thats the worst time to go. Thailand seems to have a monsoon season at that time too. Anyone have any suggestions of places to go with good weather. Money not too much of an issue as we had budgetted new zealand, climate not too hot but would like similar to UK summer. Long haul definitely but no-where high risk like South America / Middle East. Thanks.

I went travelling few years back for 6 months and New Zealand still chilly when I got there beginning of December that would be too risky if you want heat - I been to Brazil and didnt feel at risk there also Argentina might be ok - Egypt is hot in October as have been there at that time.
Can you not go travelling November time as you can then go SE Asia India NZ and Oz and be sure o fthe weather - USA in parts still warm in September and October as well - I was in New York October few years back and one day was about 73 degrees
