Wye Valley Walk

I'm walking part of the Wye Valley path in a couple of week's time from Rhyd-y-benwch, Hafren Forest to Hay-on-Wye.

However, the official guidebook describes the walk in the opposite direction and I was wondering if there was another guide/route description available which describes the route from North to South?

I understand that the route is way-marked, so if anyone has done this walk, would it be fairly easy to follow even if the guide is the wrong way around?

I was looking for information on Alfred Wainwrights books today and came across a site called go4awalk.com. There might be some info on this site for you.
You could always try walking backwards!

Thanks Veggibear - that looks like a really good website. Loads of information on there. I don't have time at the moment to do a proper search for what I'm after, but i'm sure it'll come in useful for other walks even if it doesn't cover the Wye Valley.

Thicko - Hmm, maybe I'll give that a go if I get too lost!!
