Has anyone been to Aspro Kavos, about 25 minutes walk from Kavos in Corfu?

I know Kavos is supposed to be a bit of a dive in the summer months when the 18-30s arrive but wondered what the neighbouring resort is like

I've booked a quick cheap week there (in two weeks time) and wondered if anyone had any recommendations or places/things to avoid

I stayed there about 6 years ago. There was only one resort there that I remember. The beach was non existent, just a wall with sea on the other side! I wouldn't go back. (ps I think 25 mins walk is a bit of an exageration. 10 - 15 at the most).

If thats the case with the beach I will be giving the rep a mouthful and getting us moved then as they sold it on the basis of the nice beach. All I want is a nice beach!

Thanks matt_london, I hope its better than you say otherwise its not going to be great. The shorter walk is good though
