i would like to hire a "smart car" on holiday to portugal, id want to pick it up at faro airport, ive searched the internet but cant find any......anyone know of any?...also if anyones had a particular good or bad exprience when hiring from here...cheers in advance.

I'm assuming that you want a 'Smart car' (i.e. that particular make) rather than just any smart car (i.e. any up-market car). Capital letters can sometimes be rather important! ;-)

If so, I've found a web reference suggesting that Smart cars can be booked, to collect from Faro Airport, through EasyAutos Ltd, in Berkshire. It might be worth phoning them:
