I was listenining to Werner Herzog's commentary to the film Nosferatu and he mentions that the film was shot in a part of the the Netherlands called "Delph" (sp?). Anyone kow anything about the place, and whether I have got the name right!

There is a place in the Netherlands called Delft. I have never been there, but have a look at Wikipedia for further information:-

I can tell that 'Antiques Roadshow' doesn't feature in your viewing habits, otherwise you'd have heard of Delft pottery ;-)

However, Delft has much more to offer than pottery. It's a beautiful, historic town. The official tourism website is here:

Delft it was; I think he managed to fill the main square with rats. It's a beautiful town when the rats and the undead have gone.
