low cost flights to cyprus

anyone know of a low cost flight operator to cyprus (larnaca/ or phaphos).or can anybody recommend a travel company that does package holidays to cyprus ?

You'll struggle to find low cost flights to Cyprus, though sometimes you can pick up flight-only bargains on charters. They tend to be not too comfortable, however, and bear in mind the flighttime is 4� - 5 hours. Pretty well all UK tour operators go to Cyprus; in the days when we used to go with a package before we bought a house in Cyprus we had the best service from Mercury Direct, but we also went at various times with Thomson, First Choice and Thomas Cook and they were all OK. I don't know wherre you're looking to fly from, but I believe Monarch have recently opened a route to Cyprus which might be worth looking at - no experience of it personally as they don't fly to Cyprus from Birmingham.

I disagree, but it does depend on your definition of low-cost! Cheap flights to south Cyprus have become more available with new services by Monarch and Flyglobespan. Personally I reckon XL are a s good as any (http://www.xl.com).
Also, why not consider a holiday in North Cyprus? it's cheaper than the south, less developed and more friendly. New flights from Pegasus Airlines (http://www.flight-cyprus.co.uk/) have brought the prices tumbling down. Find out more about North Cyprus here - http://www.cyprus44.com.
