It really depends on if you are prepared to pay out that bit more to travel in slightly more comfort bearing in mind it is a long trip there - almost 10 hours!! I am tall so this is a problem for me but in the end I decided I wasn't fussed who we flew with as long as I got their! If you want a nicer plane then I'd advise First Choice or Thomson as they have brand new long haul planes now and their seat pitch is 33 inches I believe which is good as most others like Thomas Cook or Going Places are only 30. If you were looking for a package deal then you should get a good price - another good place to look is on the Travel Counsellors website - they basically can do whatever you want i.e 'put the holiday together' to cater for your needs and it sometimes works out cheaper. I booked through them this time and everything is seperate - flight, transfers, hotel etc - they sort everything and it came to less than 620 which is very good. At the end of the day you want to have more money to take with you to be able to enjoy all that Florida has to offer and all flights are reasonable these days anyway so I wouldn't worry to much! I hope you sort something out as it is the best place in the world!
We went with Virgin and had no complaints whatsoever! One good thing was we bought all our theme park tickets in advance through them and it cost exactly the same as if we'd bought them at the park itself, in other words they didn't add on any commission for themselves and by having the tickets in advance we didn't have to queue when we got there.
Depends on how much money you've got! We went with Virgin a couple of years ago and it was excellent. We've booked again for this year, but going with another family who don't have as much spare cash so took the advice of the travel agent who advised First Choice but the flights were fully booked so going Thomas Cook. Why don't you pop down your local travel agent and have a chat with them. They are very knowledgeable.
