i used to stay at the REGENT PALACE hotelwhich has now closed. Ok it was very ordinary but was chaep , does anyone know of good reasonably priced [ 50 - 60] for a single room with elevator as i am partially disabled , can walk.
The various travel lodges often have cheap rooms (from 15 or 26 for early booking). You'd need to check each one about disabled access - most have but a few in London don't
I have just returned from a trip to London and I stayed at the Thistle Euston(they do have more in other areas ) it was very well equipped for the disabled,, two lifts ,safety handles on the toilet and a seat in the shower.I paid 69 for a single room which contained a three -quarter bed plus full English breakfast.
Well worth the money, really recommend it.
