Huh! Thomas cook could not give a flying u know what about their customers! I would be out of a job if I treated people that way. i have spent over 4 hours in there today and ended up with a full refund, but not a penny compensation because only my friends booking was actually messed up and not mine, so as a party we couldn't go. There was no apology until the minute she counted the �722 into my hand! I am absolutley disgusted and will be making a complaint about this all to their office and to abta.
I have no holiday now tomorrow, but my friends were able to re-book for end of July, but I didn't want to go with Thomas Cook after all of this and they stood to lose more money than i did so they rebooked.
My daughter says we should go into town tomorow and book Cyprus, but I shall see, I am just so disgusted at the moment, how shoddy to ring someone like that and try to get them to cancel to save their skin, it is truly outragious.
