Vacationing as a pirate

I am curious as to whether or not there are any vacation packages that lets you live as a pirate would in the Golden Age of Piracy (minus the cat-o-nine-tails thanks) but no disney characters, no air conditioning - just plain old swabs and learning navigation charts, drinking rum, landing in port and doing some snorkelling maybe? Nothing fancy, just being a hand on deck and learning how to man a barque or some other fantastic ship.

Anyone know where to find something like this?
