My mum just rang and said a colleague at work had seen an article in yesterday's Telegraph saying that visitors to USA have to register 48 hours before arrival, but she couldnt remember if it had started or if it was a bill coming in in the future. As we are going in 10 days I would be grateful if anyone who read the article or knows about this can let me know details to stop any panic on our behalf!! thanks in advance.
