I stayed in the Gare Du Nord Ibis around 3 years ago.
Rooms were small, but clean, and had a shower and bath.
2mins walk from the station, along one of the roads off the main roundabout/junction.
15min walk to Eiffel Tower.
Reception's open late, and serves drink/snacks to residents.
I'd use it again for a cheap stopover hotel.
