To give you some idea, take a look at the layout on this link:

It's a large plane with usually a 2 - 4 - 2 seating layout. I have travelled twice on scheduled flights on one of these aircraft and had plenty of legroom but it will depend on which airline, especially if it's a charter flight as they tend to cram more seats in for cost effectiveness. Suggest you try and get a seat towards rear of middle section as there are more toilets and less chance of waiting.
Please let me know which airline you're flying on and I'll provide you with the 'pitch' details. Pitch is the space between the measured point of the bottom floor brace of one seat to the brace of the next seat. Also, may be able to provide seat width provided the aircraft exclusively belongs to that airline and isn't a 'wet lease' which means one they leased from someone else. I'm guessing it's TAM you're flying on, but I don't want to misquote you...thank goodness, whoever it is, you should have a bit better leg room than you would on Northwest...they're historically known as a 'crammer.' Good flight.. Fr Bill
Your TAM A330 aircraft is configured to carry only 208 passengers. This is partly because of weight restrictions due to full fuel pods for the extensive flight. TAM configure their A330s with 7 First Class seats, 30 Business Class and 208 in economy.

The pitch between economy seats is 34 inches and the seat width is 17.8 inches. Not the largest and not the smallest. However, with a typical three cabin configuration of 12 First Class, 42 Business Class and 241 Economy, totalling an average configuration of 295 passengers, your flight has a good bit of legroom above the norm. The norm of configuration on long-haul flights would be 32 inches between seats and a width of 17.3 inches. All in all, I think youll have a comfortable flight.
I like flying TAM. They often remind me of the old days when Varig was among the finest airlines in the world. Sadly, that has long passed, but TAM, being a privatised is able to invest in ways Varig was never able. I think youll have an enjoyable flight. Dont forget to enrol in a frequent flier programme. And just a hint, if youre not intending to fly TAM again, Id recommend belonging to one of the other Oneworld Alliance carriers instead, such as BAs or American Airlines.
