Courier cost to South Africa

What is the cheapest way to send 4-5 boxes, 20kg per box, about 45 x 35 x 32, to Cape Town? Which courier company can I use and is there any email/web contacts.
I live in Cheltenham.

Well Parcelforce International will charge you about �142 (yes �142 - I found it difficult to believe as well) for each package, surface mail.

Try various couriers and removal firms and work down from that.
