Know a good hotel in Bhubaneswar/India?

I hope to go to Bhubaneswar in Orissa, India, in the New Year. Can anyone recommend a good, clean, not too expensive hotel or Guest House ? And what should one make a point of seeing?

I�ve stayed at the Swosti Plaza hotel. However it was about four years ago. The hotel is on large well manicured grounds. But some of the surrounding areas were rather dire in getting to it. (sadly, that�s typical). Is there a specific location you will be in whilst visiting Orissa? I�ll see if I can find a link to the hotel. But I must go out now. I�ll check when I return

I recommend you Toshali hotels and resorts which in bhubaneshvar Orissa. It's an awesome place to enjoy vacation and not too expensive. The staff of this hotel is experienced, helpful, polite and expertise.
